I'm Jess, a 5ft 3 ginger that drinks too much tea and obsesses over anything creative.
I currently study Media at Hallam Uni, which probably wont help me in my career, but is keeping me busy, mildly entertained and getting me into a massive debt, whilst i decide which area of the media i most aspire to work in.
I'm the Culture Editor of my uni. magazine SHUlife . Most of the articles i write for the magazine you can read here on my Articles page. No surprise as my main inspiration man of the moment is Charlie Brooker as I'm reading through a few of his books atm, and as ever his column. Although I'll be busy being inspired by someone else this time next week.
I currently have 3 jobs, none of which like giving me any shifts, which is crap because it means im all the way into my overdraft, but on the other hand its also good as it has freed up my time this summer meaning i have had time to go to at allot of festivals, and do a few bits of work experience.
I'm passionate about, Music, art, jumpers, indie films, kitchen pots, writing, blogging, my home town of Sheffield, and most importantly my lovley friends. where would i be without you all.
